COVID19 Facts

COVID19 is serious but it can be beaten.

1) What Precautions can I Take?
Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

2)Wash Your Hands
Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or wash them with soap and warm water.

3) Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. A contaminated, hand can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth.

4) Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
This includes tables, doorknobs, lights, switches, handles, desks, computers, phones, keyboards, sinks, toilets, faucets and counter tops.

5)Stay at home if you begin to feel unwell
Avoiding contact with others and visits to medical facilities will allow these facilities to operate more effectively.

6) You don’t need to wear a face mask.
Experts say they’re not needed to stay healthy. They are needed by sick patients and the health workers caring for them.

Be smart – inform yourself about COVID-19 and the current situation.

If you, a family member, or someone you have had contact with, are sick or experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.,) or , if you have recently traveled to a country or state heavily affected by Corona Virus we ask that you please stay home.
